I am a wife, mother of two, a healthy-food lover and an avid runner craving to

 

share the news on good nutrition and fitness. A certificate from Saddleback

 

College announcing that I completed their Nutrition program allows me the

 

privilege of calling myself a Certified Nutritionist. I firmly embrace the importance

 

of proper nutrition, exercise and living a healthy life and I am passionate about my
